Specialists of the Data Processing Center (DPC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies have conducted an online training on how to use the e-service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” and the control panel at the E-Government Training and Education Center on four regional centers (Shirvan, Lankaran, Gabala, Gusar) for representatives of local executive authorities. During the training, the attendees were informed about the advantages of this electronic service.
The event, organized in real time mode between E-Government Training and Education Center and regional training centers, was attended by representatives of local executive authorities from regions Aghsu, Imishli, Gobustan, Zardab, Neftchala, Sabirabad, Salyan, Hajigabul, Shamakhy, Gubadly, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, Saatly (on Shirvan region); Astara, Bilasuvar, Yardimly, Lerik, Masally,Jalilabad (on Lankaran region); Balakan, Zagatala,Ismayilly (on Gabala region); Guba, Siyazan, Khachmaz, Khyzy, and Shabran (on Gusar region).
Remind that the aim of e-service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” is to enable individuals and legal entities engaged in business activities to apply to central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan in electronic form.
The service which is of great importance for businesses, will also allow complainants to easily appeal to the state bodies, submit documents online, obtain information on consideration of appeals.
